Our Student Athletes

Our youngsters commit to a demanding routine off-court and on-court instruction, Match Play, Physical fitness training, Academic studies, and tournament travel. In addition to encouraging their joy for the sport of tennis, we strive to help each student develop self-esteem, decision-making skills, the ability to focus on goals, and a commitment to high standards.

PSA is a team environment, each student-athlete and each coach is a key member of the team. We practice together, travel together and compete together. Because tennis can be an isolating sport, it is important that our student-athletes feel camaraderie while they train as well as when they compete in tournaments. Support and encouragement from peers and training partners is one of our core values.

Students are invited to train with us in several ways: through free annual tryouts, during high performance training camps, and by the direct invitation of our coaches. We believe it is important that students enjoy their childhood. The Majority of our students live at home and attend traditional public or private schools, surrounded by family and friends.

The intimate size of our program is central to our mission. We devote full time and resources to each student because each student has a distinct potential to fulfill. Our unique structure grants us the freedom to focus on a small number of players. The quality of our training is best reflected by the achievements of our players and the loyalty of our students and their families.

Our Training Methodology

  • Fitness tests are conducted once in 3 months, for which records are maintained.
  • Self-Analysis and player analysis by coach.
  • New Programs (with goals and objectives) on a daily basis.
  • Video Analysis and regular game insights for better understanding of the game.
  • Fitness program as per individual requirements.
  • Circuit training.
  • Fitness profile.
  • HIIT, Functional Training and Cardio Tennis.
  • Strength, Endurance, Speed and Flexibility training circuit to meet today's competitive tennis.
  • Regular tournaments for get them ready for bigger platform.
